Century HCP was exactly what we needed for our mom as she went through rehab after surgery and then transitioned into memory care. Mom had enjoyed being in assisted living in another town for a few years. However, a bad fall necessitated a couple of surgeries, and it also became evident that her memory issues escalated to the point that she would need round-the-clock care during her rehab stay. Someone there recommended Century and choosing them was the best decision we could have made. We met with Della, and she had a 24-hour rotation of sitters set up for Mom almost immediately. They were prompt and courteous and kind to Mom. Later, when we were ready to transition Mom into memory care, Della was extremely helpful in connecting us with a senior locator service to help us find just the right facility. We had just fallen in love with one of Mom's caregivers, Carol, and asked if she could also help with Mom a few days a week as she became accustomed to her new surroundings. Fast-forward a few months, and Mom is extremely happy where she is, and we believe much of that is because of the kind and loving way Carol looked after her, helped her to become integrated into the community, kept a meticulous watch over her and helped her to regain her independence and confidence in brand new surroundings. I can't say enough about Century HCP -- the best choice, hands down.

I work for a hospice company here in town and have partnered with Century Home Care to help serve our patients. They are reliable, flexible and willing to go above and beyond for their clients!

Our experience with Century Home Care could not have been better. We only needed their services for a month, but during that month I felt that my father could not have been in better hands. The care giver was warm and caring and very observant of my father's condition. They have a nurse on call who was available at all hours, including 4 in the morning and Sundays. Della and Dave called me frequently to make sure that all was going well. I can not recommend them more highly.

This is the most amazing group of professionals. If you need short term or long term care for your loved one, Century Home Care is it! I highly recommend Century! They are customer-service-oriented and flexible. They do everything that's in the paperwork but, more importantly, they'll go above and beyond! I live overseas and so it was a big deal choosing who would take care of my mom - I definitely made the right choice - their staff even all joined WhatsApp just so I could keep in touch - that's just one example of how they go the extra step.

I have utilized Century for two loved ones. One has dementia and the other had a stroke. In both cases, Della/owner, was incredibly warm, understanding, honest, genuinely said we can help you! Finally, I felt some peace. I was beyond stressed out, and overwhelmed, trying to take care of them both while managing my own family and working full time - close to snapping. After meeting with Della, I was actually able to sleep that night. Della carefully vets employees that are hired as caregivers and they all share the same giving hearts, patience, and strong work ethic. Y’all, I never would have survived these situations without them. NEVER. When you want someone that you can trust with your precious loved ones… CHOOSE CENTURY!!! Also, they are a local family business! WHOOP! 🙂
